FAQ

Questions we get asked

Do we have to take all four services?
No. Most engagements begin with a single wing — usually the function causing the most pain. The value of the group model is that when the next problem appears, it is handled by the same partner under the same contract, not a new procurement cycle.
What does the ATLAS Pulse cost?
Nothing. The ATLAS Pulse is a free 360° scan of people, administration, finance and technology, and it ends with a 30-day improvement roadmap you own whether or not you engage us further.
How long does the ATLAS Pulse take?
Typically a short on-site scan followed by a written roadmap. The exact duration depends on headcount, number of sites and how much documentation already exists.
Are you a consulting firm, a staffing firm or a software company?
All three, deliberately. Consulting firms give advice and leave. Staffing firms supply people without systems. Software firms build tools nobody adopts. ATLAS consults, implements, operates and digitizes the same function, which is why the advice survives contact with the shop floor.
Can you work alongside our existing ERP or vendors?
Yes. ATLAS Platforms integrates with existing systems, and the service wings can run alongside incumbent vendors during a transition rather than requiring a hard cutover.
Who is accountable once you are operating a function?
Each wing is led by a managing director accountable for delivery and for the numbers. You get a named owner, not a ticket queue.
